Capriotti’s franchisee Mike Solomon explains how the business model is helping both him and his local community.
The International Franchise Association’s @OurFranchise tour made a stop in Las Vegas, Nevada during the organization’s annual convention. The tour—which has now made nine stops—kicked off the new year by visiting a Capriotti’s location owned by franchisee Michael Solomon.
Solomon showed off his location to IFA president and CEO Robert Cresanti, CFE, Capriotti’s CEO Ashley Morris and the brand’s president Jason Smylie in addition to U.S. Representative Dina Titus (D-Nev.). While on location, they discussed how the franchising business model is helping both Solomon and the local Las Vegas community thrive.
“Franchising has given me the opportunity to create a local business that helps to support our economy here in Las Vegas and enrich the community that supports us,” said Solomon.
The @OurFranchise tour was launched in July of 2016. Its goal is to tell the stories of local franchise owners and their brands in addition to highlighting the positive impacts that the franchising business model is having in communities across the country.
